to become a Quality Assurer
The DEE and SANEDI have specified the minimum requirements to become a Quality Assurer. If you meet the minimum requirements, you can apply using the eazyEPC platform. The application is approved in four stages.
Stage 1
Create an admin profile for you or your company
The administrator is the primary contact person responsible for managing the organization’s eazyEPC account, users and tokens.
- Provide your contact details
- Get verified
- Receive log in details
- Get access to the admin dashboard
Stage 2
Register as a company or individual
Once the admin account is active, the administrator will register the entity that will use eazyEPC - either a company or an individual.
- Access eazyEPC using the admin account
- Select "Register as Company" or "Register as an Individual"
- Complete the questionnaire
- Upload documents
- Get your company verified

Stage 3
Apply to become a Quality Assurer
After your company or individual profile is verified, you can submit your application to become a QA and be added as an authorised user to the platform.
- Access eazyEPC using the admin account
- Add a Quality Assurer as a user
- Complete the application form
- Upload the requested documents

- Copy of qualifications
- Identity Document
Stage 4
Approval
If you meet the Eligibility Criteria, and your application is approved, you will receive a certificate, and be added as a user.
- Access eazyEPC
- Wait for an EPC to be assigned
- Accept or reject an EPC assignment
